I LEAD to Win™
Preference must be Defensible

A work-winning capability operating system for organisations competing for major and complex work.

the system

Work-winning as an organisational capability.

I LEAD to Win is a Work-Winning Capability Operating System for organisations that compete for complex, high-value opportunities.

It brings evaluator psychology, pursuit strategy, bid execution, evidence, people and organisational governance into one integrated system, helping organisations build work-winning capability that is consistent, measurable and internally owned.

the governing doctrine

Evaluators do not buy capability. They buy defensible preference.

Strong credentials may establish that an organisation is capable. They do not necessarily give evaluators sufficient reason to prefer it.

I LEAD to Win helps organisations understand how preference is formed, how confidence is built and how evidence, strategy and execution must work together to make selection defensible.
the operating system

Eight volumes. One Standard. One operating system.

The system comprises eight integrated areas of work-winning capability:
  • Volume 1. Framework Foundation
  • Volume 2. Live Bid Execution
  • Volume 3. Scoring Standard
  • Volume 4. Evidence Advantage
  • Volume 5. People Layer
  • Volume 6. Pursuit Advantage
  • Volume 7. Preference Confirmation
  • Volume 8. Enterprise Work-Winning Capability
Together, they connect the individual pursuit with the wider organisational conditions required to win consistently.
for organisations

Build the capability.
Stop renting it.

The Standard Adoption Agreement gives an approved organisational scope the perpetual right to deploy the system. The Capability Intelligence Program then provides ongoing measurement, benchmarking and capability intelligence.

Three years of the Capability Intelligence Program are included with Standard Adoption. Continuation from Year 4 is optional and does not affect the organisation’s perpetual adoption rights.

the capability assessment gateway

Establish the evidence before deciding how to adopt.

The Capability Assessment & Adoption Roadmap is a discrete diagnostic engagement for organisations that want to understand their current work-winning maturity before proceeding with Standard Adoption.

It provides:
  • A Capability Index baseline
  • Capability Maturity Model placement
  • A governance readiness diagnostic
  • Prioritised capability gaps
  • A recommended adoption scope
  • A three-year adoption roadmap
  • An executive briefing
The assessment fee is credited in full against a Standard Adoption agreed within 12 months.
adoption scope

Adoption follows accountability.

The same Standard applies at every level. Adoption scope is determined by where accountability for work-winning capability sits:
  • SME
  • Business Unit
  • Enterprise
  • Enterprise Transformation
The difference is organisational coverage, benchmarking depth and adoption support, not access to a lesser or greater version of the Standard.
PRINCEPS AND I LEAD TO WIN

Independent judgement. Institutional capability.

Princeps provides independent advice at consequential moments.

I LEAD to Win codifies the work-winning capability organisations can adopt, deploy and strengthen internally.

The relationship is deliberate: Princeps supports the decisions that require independent judgement, while I LEAD to Win provides the operating system for building enduring organisational capability.
